WE ESTIMATE DELIVERY TO BE 3-7 WORKING DAYS.*
*Please note: Our logistics partners are closed between Monday 23rd December 2024 to Friday 3rd January 2025 and no deliveries will take place in this time.
All our beds, mattresses and headboards are made to your specific requirements and delivered 2-Man Room of Choice within 3-7 working days to the majority of UK mainland postcodes unless otherwise stated.
*Please note Signature Collection Opulence products have a 7-10 working day delivery lead time.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a telephone call from one of our dedicated team members to confirm the exact requirements of your order.
Once confirmed, your order will be passed to our production team.
We offer all customers an estimated lead-time, which is dependent on postcode area. This lead-time will be confirmed by our delivery partners 24-48 hours prior to your delivery slot. Please ensure your contact number is correct so the transport team can contact you.

Our delivery service is not available offshore or to Scottish highlands. Scottish highlands includes; HS, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61, PA62-PA76, PA77, PA78, PH41, PH42, PH43, PH44, ZE.

What will my delivery cost?
> Delivery is free for all UK mainland orders.
Will I receive all of my items at once?
> All items from the same order will be delivered at the same time.
Can I delay my delivery date?
> After placing your order please email us with your request and we can hold the order until you are ready to accept the delivery.
Will I receive updates about my delivery?
> We will send you a dispatch notification as soon as your order is with the courier, then you will usually receive SMS / email updates directly from the courier delivering your order.
What time of day will my delivery take place?
> Deliveries typically take place between 7am and 7pm. Our couriers are unable to give specific times for delivery but will provide you with an estimated window prior to the delivery via SMS/email.
Can I cancel my order before it is delivered?
> If you wish to cancel your order, please email refunds@thebedsupermarket.co.uk. Provided goods have not already left our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
